Do NOT reside here. The apartments are what you'd anticipate for low-income housing. They are outdated and the stairways are too long without adequate support, the railings are unsteady and if someone were to fall into them the rail would break. Mold Do NOT reside here. They are outdated and the stairways are too long without adequate support, the railings are unsteady and if someone were to fall into them the rail would break. Mold is a problem. Pet owners do not clean up after their animals. At least for the back apartments where I lived, the apartments are in disrepair and require repairs. Expect inspections every 1 1/2 months and you must abide by strict rules, unless you are a friend of the office ladies. The neighbors are noisy, rude, filled with drama and do not supervise their children (this applies to all the buildings). I observed a female child between 5-8 years old, walking out naked in the front apartments when my children and I were returning from the park. Police officers visit the property several times a week. The office ladies do not do anything unless you are their friend and when I went to pay my rent, I heard them speaking ill of tenants. They disclose other tenants' information and are unpleasant and hostile. more ... hide ...
