SAVE YOUR TIME AND AVOID THIS PLACE! The blond, middle-aged lady isgoing through atough year and she's been very good about displaying her dissatisfaction bytaking itout onUS, THE PATIENTS.

If Icould rate 0stars Iwould. Ihad THE WORST Phlebotomist ever. Ididn’t get her name b/c she wasn’t wearing anametag. Upon arrival she had anattitude, she’s ablonde middle age Caucasian woman. This was myfirst time atthe facility and she was not being nice. Once she decided toseeme, Irequested that she take blood from myleft arm and she ignored methen aggressively stuck mewith the needle inmy rightarm. Igot bruised bythe way & Iwas bleeding more than normal. I’ve had myblood drawn many times and have not experienced something like this. She didn’t even follow the procedures ortelling mewhat todo prior tosticking mewith the needle. She proceeded toslam the blood tubes down and was tossing stuff around. Told meto pee and acup and place itbehind ametal door. Nofollow uppapers oranything toknow how I’m going toget myresults. She needs tobe reported and her license needs tobe taken away. I’m sure Iwas racially discriminated against because Iwas the only POC (person ofcolor) patient there… – show

By far the worse attitude Ihave encountered from aphlebotomist. Donot come here ifyou want your papers thrown atyou. She also didn’t want todraw blood from the arm Iasked herto. Itold her she did not need tobe sorude and she went ontosay, “Yes, Ido” Please don’t come here.

Location isconvenient but the service isreallybad. Mywife already showed them the IDcard, but they still wanna charge $54. After she let the insurance company called them, then they said they thought she was not covered byinsurance. That's totally wrong. Iwon't bethere next time totrouble myself.

Very nice facility ata great location The girl that take myblood sample did agreat job but acostumer relation training will behelpful. Usually aexpress mygratitud for the job well done this time Ileft the place without saying thanks.next blood work Iwill drive alonger distance but will beworth it

The worst customer service. Called tocheck why myMom's doctor did not receive her results after aweek. The lady Ispoke toright away re-directed meto her Doctor. Itried explaining that Iam checking tosee ifher specimens had been lost. She continued tocut meoff, and she stated she did not know what they coulddo. She would not even offer aQuest customer service number tohelp and ended hanging uponme. Idid not get her name, but this isvery unprofessional. Will never begoing tothis Quest Lab again.… – show

You need tofind adifferent person tohelp draw blood their, “Dee” (if that's her name) has aterrible attitude. Iwas spoken tovery rudely infront ofmy daughter, and Idon't appreciate that. She's abad example also toher coworkers there. The coworker looked like she was inher early20s, sosince Dis somuch older and seems torun that office, Ihope she knows that she's abad example toher coworkers there!
