Do my parents need to register in order to receive digital flyers? As a contract service provider, Peachjar provides instructions to districts to implement a secure protocol that enables digital flyer distribution via email. Upon launch, parents are automatically registered and receive a welcome email. Parents do not need to take action to begin receiving digital flyers. Will parents receive other digital flyers through this system? The only flyers that parents receive are ones that have been approved by the school/district. How do parents view Peachjar flyers? District-approved digital flyers are emailed directly to parents’ inboxes as images. Parents can click these flyers to access the flyerboard with all active flyers for their school(s). What if some of our parents do not have internet access? Research shows that many parents without internet access at home have other ways to go online. For example, many parents use a smartphone to go online through their cellular network or use/borrow a computer at work or a public library. What if our district has parents that do not speak English? Since Peachjar sends flyers digitally, there is no extra cost to distribute flyers with an additional page in another language. Can teachers get digital flyers delivered to their inbox, too? Yes! Teachers and other school staff can register on Peachjar to receive digital flyers for their school.
What are the benefits of using Peachjar to distribute information about my programs? With Peachjar, your organization reaches parents through their child’s school, a channel they know and trust. Peachjar flyers can include a call-to-action button of your choice which allows parents to click to sign up for your program, contact you, or visit your website. Once your flyer is distributed you can even track the progress of your campaign with flyer metrics. How do I get started using Peachjar? To create an account, click Sign Up in the upper right corner and complete the registration form as a "Community Organization". Once your account is created, you can immediately start submitting digital flyers by clicking the "Send and Post Flyer" link in your Peachjar account. How does my flyer get approved by the district? Once you receive confirmation that your flyer has been paid for and submitted through Peachjar, it will be routed to the appropriate school district(s) for approval. You will be notified by email once your flyer approval status changes. You can also view your flyer’s status in the "Submissions" section of your account under "Pending School District's Approval". Each month’s flyer purchase includes one email notification to parents and a 28-day posting on each selected school’s flyerboard. Is there a discount for nonprofit organizations? Do I need a login to view digital flyers? No, digital flyers will be delivered directly to your email. If you wish to see more information on a digital flyer in your inbox, simply click on the desired flyer. You can access all active flyers for your school(s) on this flyerboard. Will my email address be shared for other purposes? No. As a contract service provider to school districts, Peachjar never shares your email address or uses it for any purpose other than the distribution of school/district-approved communication. How often will I receive flyers? If there are flyers in the queue to be delivered, they will be combined and emailed out a maximum of once per day. I want to receive digital flyers but nothing is being sent to me. How can I sign up? First, verify that your school is using Peachjar by searching our school finder. If your school is using Peachjar and you have not received a welcome email, you can register on Peachjar’s website.
