I ordered more than two months ago, but I didn't receive anything. Contacting only results in standard replies. Not track&trace. Very disappointing.Lesson learned that if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

I had attempted touch up paint pens previously. I live in Louisiana, where the roads are notoriously bad. I had over 80 small rock chips on the hood of my 2015 Mazda 3. I bought the Dr Colorchip package last week and spent four hours, cleaning, applying paint and wiping with their sealer solution. All I can say is WOW! It saved me $900... vs. having my hood repainted. Only from inches away can you see the corrections. I still have half of the small paint bottle left and I am going to order another bottle of the Sealact to finish the other small spots I have left to cover. I am 100% pleased with the results!

Followed instructions and watched several videos on how to do it. Silver car and the paint just won't stick to the chips. Tried the brush, the pipette, the squeegee, the glove method. Left it for 2-5 minutes, then 10 minutes. Made sure the surface was cleaned with isopropyl alcohol first as one video suggested. Gently removed excess when removing. Nothing works. Might be good for certain vehicle but for mine this was just a big spend for no gain. Considering my experience I'd say the videos are misleading.

The product itself is good. Doesn't look amazing on first application, but after a day or so chips from fairly close distance disappear. Colour match is not great but for small chips are fine. However, ever since ordering and providing my email I've had hundreds of spam emails per day. Literally 120 to 130. Right now after marking the spam I still get 20 to 30 emails per day. I strongly think these guys give away personal information. I've also had fraudulent calls which I have never had before, after ordering from dr colour chip's website. Reporting to ICO.

Had good results previously, have ordered many times. Only real previous issue was on a "crush" (orange) 2019 Colorado a couple years ago that didn't match, they replaced with a bottle that matched perfectly. I can not, however, get them to figure out a grey color on a 2022 Bolt EUV, so we gave up. No alternative, I have 2 usless bottles of touchup. I'll find another company.

I placed my order and paid for the goods. Having being told my order would arrive Shortly. However this is were it all went wrong. Order did not arrive so I chased it up numerous times after am month without a single response. Being concerned at the non response from them. as I had paid via Paypal I logged a dispute case with Paypal who sent them a message but they also got no responses after a month so Paypal closed the case and refunded me the money. Beware of this seller and avoid them at all costs. I have seen other people having the same issues.

Toyota blizzard pearl color match wasn’t even close. Looks better with the chips than with the “matched” paint. Disappointed I spent the money when paint pen from dealer would have been better. Wildly disappointed.

Don't bother using this with Mazda Machine Grey Metallic (46G code). The colour match is dreadful. A real waste of money. Ive used the product before and it works okay with solid colours like white and red. Its pretty useless with metallic paint finishes.

Finally a real chip and scratch touch up paint repair product.Product is easy to apply and gives a professional looking finish.I repaired a 3/16 inch chip on my Sonata N Lines hood in 20 minutes. It took 4 applications to build up the chip.I am very happy with outcomeThe product is even less money than dealers touch up paint.

Not as easy as it looks or sounds on the YouTube video. Would be cheaper and same results to buy the paint bottle from the dealer. Does not cover the chips at all. Did exactly how directions say and results are bad. Should have left the chip the way it was. Do not recommend the product. Too much money and doesn’t do the job

Great for repairing stone chips. Used it on my black Tesla Model 3. I now have a red Model 3 and will use Dr Colourchip on this too. It's easy to apply and get a result making the chips invisible less than a couple og meters away.

Selected correct paint code. Paint arrived and was massively different to my car. Contacted Dr Colourchip who tried to blame it on my paint fading, but ultimately agreed to send another mix. No further contact was received. Contacted again after a month and after the 2nd attempt was told a replacement would be dispatched tomorrow. Still not received. No refund received. Absolute waste of time and money. Don't bother. I'm sure it's great when it works but when it doesn't they completely ignore you.

Ordered touch-up paint for a client's vehicle, and it wasn't even close. Tried in a few inconspicuous areas to test, and it was at least 4-5 shades darker than manufacturer suggested paint. Far too expensive, too. Never again.

Terrible customer service! This is the third kit I have used now but unfortunately the paint match was horrendous, not even close I'm afraid. For a start it was supposed to be metallic and was clearly not in supplied product.Emailed customer service and got a pretty vague response and a lot of contradictory waffle. To date I have still not received a satisfactory response to this problem, been ongoing for nearly three weeks now, so I have returned the product awaiting full refund. In summary; product works well if they get the colour right. Just read the instructions and be patient. Customer service is a joke. Buy another system.

Did not work well at all, the paint would never fully cure and the color was way off. Wouldn’t recommend anyone use this, it is a complete waste of money.

Just get a paint pen. You'll save money and get the same result.Especially if you have a pearl White finish. This stuff is a joke.

I’d say it was useless, but that’s probably giving it too much credit.

Hi.Got my kit oct 2019 and tried it out on my Obsidian Black Model S.Had several chips in front and back wheel arch. Colour match was spot on.First try wa miserable. Maybe I did it wrongly ?.Used the white cloth supplied and smeared like the "shoe polish" method referred like in the video. That was real hard since that paint dried immediately in contact with panel.Leaving layers of paint when using "polishing" methodMaybe my batch of paint had too little thinner/hardener ?Using the SealAct took forever and a lot of sweat and definately not light at hand when using Seal Act.I stopped using polish method and used a squeegi I had laying around. That made layer alot more thinner for SealAct to work.Still I feel it took a lot more effort with SealAct than intended. I waited for 4min.After much effort I still feel the result is very nice
